Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of 120 small to mid-sized groups, focusing on fully insured and level-funded accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee benefits, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to a close-knit and supportive team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 annually
  • Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of 120 small to mid-sized groups.
  • Handle renewals, open enrollments (virtual), marketing, and benefit design.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Ease to manage accounts effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education & Licensing: Active Life and Health License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Ease software.
