Employee Benefits Client Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization, providing exceptional client service and support in the management of employee benefits accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model (2-3 days onsite per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service employee benefits accounts, including small groups (2-99 employees) and larger groups (100+ employees)
  • Handle daily responsibilities such as enrollments, client-facing interactions, and service tasks as delegated by Benefits Account Executives
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business
  • Work with fully insured accounts and, for larger groups, some self-funded accounts
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client information and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Life and Health (L&H) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, though entry-level candidates with relevant skills will also be considered
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with fully insured accounts is essential; familiarity with self-funded accounts for larger groups is a plus
  • Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
  • Other Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills
