Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join a team. This role is integral to agency operations, focusing on processing enrollments, assisting employees with claims and billing inquiries, and updating systems. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with employees and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration and a passion for delivering outstanding client support.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee enrollments and assist employees with navigating enrollment systems.
  • Provide support to employees regarding claims, billing inquiries, and benefits-related questions.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in systems such as Employee Navigator and Ease.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Serve as a backup to the technical manager, assisting with technology-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in benefits administration, either at a benefits firm or in an HR role.
  • Proficiency with benefits software such as Employee Navigator and Ease is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assist employees and resolve inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work both remotely and in-office as needed.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to assist with technology-related tasks is a plus.
