Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of accounts, primarily in the 50+ lives segment, while contributing to the success of open enrollment meetings and renewals. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts, primarily in the 50+ lives segment
  • Handle renewals and conduct open enrollment meetings (face-to-face interactions required)
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed
  • Utilize Employee Navigator software for account management
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain organized and efficient workflows to meet client needs

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role; candidates with assistant-level experience looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Employee Navigator is highly preferred

    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
