Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of accounts, primarily in the 50+ lives segment, while contributing to the success of open enrollment meetings and renewals. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts, primarily in the 50+ lives segment
- Handle renewals and conduct open enrollment meetings (face-to-face interactions required)
- Quote new and renewal business as needed
- Utilize Employee Navigator software for account management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain organized and efficient workflows to meet client needs
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role; candidates with assistant-level experience looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Employee Navigator is highly preferred

- Driven and self-motivated
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
