Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing small group accounts (2-100 lives) and working closely with 2-3 producers to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, particularly in handling fully insured medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits. This position will require in-office work for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business for small group accounts (2-100 lives) across all lines of employee benefits.
- Collaborate with producers to handle renewals, open enrollment, and marketing efforts.
- Quote and process renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life and Health License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing small group accounts in the employee benefits sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
