Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 to $300,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their employee benefits needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s Employee Benefits portfolio.
- Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date recommendations.
- Represent the agency professionally in the field, attending client meetings and networking events.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in Employee Benefits sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work in a flexible environment.
- A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one is required.
