Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 to $300,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + commissions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their employee benefits needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s Employee Benefits portfolio.
• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date recommendations.
• Represent the agency professionally in the field, attending client meetings and networking events.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in Employee Benefits sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work in a flexible environment.
• A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one is required.
