HR Manager
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage Human Resources operations in a high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and servant-minded leader who brings integrity, accountability, and positivity to the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, hiring strategy, interviewing, and onboarding

Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, vendor management, employee education, and issue resolution

Manage employee relations, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and role design to support a high-performing culture

Manage and optimize the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and system integrity

Lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement

Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness

Oversee payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required

4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-performing environment

Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws

Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

Compensation
- $75,000-$90,000 plus benefits
-
Onsite preferred but open to 2 days remote
