HR Manager

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage Human Resources operations in a high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and servant-minded leader who brings integrity, accountability, and positivity to the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, hiring strategy, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, vendor management, employee education, and issue resolution

  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and role design to support a high-performing culture

  • Manage and optimize the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and system integrity

  • Lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement

  • Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness

  • Oversee payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Maintain confidential and accurate personnel records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-performing environment

  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom or similar preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism

Compensation

  • $75,000-$90,000 plus benefits
  • Onsite preferred but open to 2 days remote
