Junior Commercial Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• 401(k): Yes, with a 4% match
• Work Environment: On-site initially, with potential for hybrid work in the future
• Location: Phoenix area (Tempe office preferred, but other locations may be considered)

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing a mid-to-large book of business alongside an experienced Account Manager.
• Issue certificates and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle multiple tasks and switch priorities quickly as needed.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with great attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and effectively about insurance-related matters.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is a plus.
