Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000+ annually (commensurate with experience). Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications.
- Benefits:
- Contribution towards health insurance costs (upon proof of an out-of-pocket health plan).
- 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution after one year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts (75% standard personal lines, 25% small to mid-sized commercial accounts).
- Handle tasks such as certificates of insurance, renewals, and setting appointments.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance.
- Proficiency in insurance software, with experience in EZLynx preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A stable work history with no significant employment gaps (6+ months).
- Ability to commute to the Alexandria, VA office. Remote candidates or those unwilling to commute will not be considered.
