P&C Operations Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced P&C Operations Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the structure and processes of the department, ensuring seamless operations and supporting the team in achieving business goals.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and govern the sales and service department.
  • Develop and implement workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support team members in closing business and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with carriers, including Liberty, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, and Progressive.
  • Ensure smooth operations across a diverse range of industries as a generalist.
  • Utilize agency management software tools to streamline operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years in a similar role within the P&C insurance industry.
  • An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required.
  • Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management software.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant educational background preferred.
