Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This position is responsible for managing a book of house accounts, focusing on personal lines such as home, auto, and umbrella insurance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a laid-back and collaborative environment with a team of experienced professionals.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance.
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COI), and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent brokerage setting.
  • Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus, reliability, personable demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
