Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a $1 million book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z
- Quote new and renewal business
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management systems such as AMS 360, EPIC, or similar platforms
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset
