Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a $1 million book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z
  • Quote new and renewal business
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency setting
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management systems such as AMS 360, EPIC, or similar platforms
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset
