Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is essential in managing daily servicing tasks, cross-selling opportunities, and quoting new and renewal business for standard personal lines accounts. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by managing all aspects of personal lines accounts.
  • Handle daily servicing tasks, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs.
  • Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
