Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dedicated and hardworking team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and commission opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of standard personal lines accounts.
  • Handle renewal quotes, process renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Cincinnati, Safeco, Hartford, Travelers, and Auto Owners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Hardworking and driven with a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
