Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dedicated and hardworking team.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of standard personal lines accounts.
- Handle renewal quotes, process renewals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Cincinnati, Safeco, Hartford, Travelers, and Auto Owners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Hardworking and driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
