Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with an initial two-week in-office training period followed by remote work. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing personal lines client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting producers in day-to-day account servicing.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines client accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support producers in servicing client accounts, including direct communication with clients and insurance carriers via phone, email, and in-person when necessary.
- Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Analyze coverage, limits, deductibles, and pricing options to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, teammates, and underwriters.
- Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage and track all work.
- Follow agency workflows and procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager in an insurance agency.
- Possession of a Tennessee P&C Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one upon hire).
- Proficiency in using insurance management platforms; experience with Applied Epic is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field is desired but not required.
- Insurance designations are a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- High degree of professionalism with excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive work culture.
- Ability to commute to the office two days a week after the initial training period.
