Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
- Bonus Structure: $30 per policy, with an average of $900/month in bonuses (based on 30 policies per month)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Handle walk-in clients and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Utilize Ezlynks and AMS360 software to manage accounts and process policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain a generalist approach to account management, adapting to various client needs.
- Uphold a positive and drama-free work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Preferred experience in personal lines account management.
- Commercial lines experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Ezlynks and AMS360 software is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
