Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
  • Bonus Structure: $30 per policy, with an average of $900/month in bonuses (based on 30 policies per month)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Handle walk-in clients and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Utilize Ezlynks and AMS360 software to manage accounts and process policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain a generalist approach to account management, adapting to various client needs.
  • Uphold a positive and drama-free work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • Preferred experience in personal lines account management.
    • Commercial lines experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Ezlynks and AMS360 software is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
