Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (higher compensation considered for exceptional candidates)
- Incentives: 20% commission on new business

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts with premiums ranging from $1.2M to $1.7M.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
- Quote and renew policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those newer to the industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC management software preferred.
