Account Manager, Private Client Division
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a Private Client Division. This role is pivotal in providing top-quality service to the clients, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage client accounts, provide expert advice on personal lines standard coverage, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Private Client Division. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Review client exposures, loss experience, and current coverage to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide proactive, day-to-day client service by anticipating and addressing client needs promptly.
- Manage client accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers.
- Leverage the services of Specialty Practices areas, including surplus lines placements, as appropriate.
- Conduct client renewal reviews and implement quality service plans to ensure accuracy in binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
- Communicate clients’ risk solutions and binding instructions to carriers.
- Maintain high client retention rates through exceptional service delivery.
- Provide a high level of client service daily.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
- NYS Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience with EPIC Agency Management (training available if not already proficient).
- Minimum of three years of experience in Personal Lines and/or Private Client services.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, NYCM, AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, Berkley One, Citizens, and PURE is preferred.
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively based on volume, urgency, and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain confidentiality.
- Resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
