Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage client accounts by providing top-tier customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their personal insurance needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned personal insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Handle inquiries regarding policies, coverage options, claims, billing, and renewals professionally and efficiently.
  • Evaluate client insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to secure quotes, endorsements, and policy illustrations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of insurance policies to ensure clients have adequate protection and are aware of policy changes or upgrades.
  • Keep meticulous records of client interactions, policy details, and documents using the agency management system.
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell additional policies and services to existing clients to contribute to business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards regarding insurance policies and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, account manager, or insurance-related role, preferably in personal lines insurance.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $40K-$50K (based on experience) + bonus opportunities.
