Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of middle-market personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service to the clients, and supporting the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines, with a proven ability to manage accounts from start to finish.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $85,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing middle-market personal lines accounts, including excess markets and higher-level accounts.
  • Providing end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilizing AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines.
  • Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses and designations are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and supporting team operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
