Personal Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Account Manager to join a professional and family-oriented team. This role involves managing a mix of high-net-worth (HNW) and standard accounts (approximately 75/25 split) within a generalist market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, familiarity with carriers, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This is an onsite position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000+ (commensurate with experience; potential to go higher based on qualifications)
- Performance-based bonuses, including revenue and Christmas bonuses

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and standard accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Handle new business referrals and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with a professional and dedicated team to achieve company goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to client service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably with exposure to high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with insurance carriers and industry practices
- Experience with AMS (preferred, but open to providing training)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small business environment with a professional and family-oriented culture
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
