Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance who thrives in a dynamic and flexible work environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts, including marketing, quoting, binding, endorsements, upselling, and renewals. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $5,000 in premium, including home, auto, and umbrella policies
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, binding, endorsements, upselling, and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular touchpoints with clients
- Focus on delivering true coverage solutions tailored to client needs
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines account management, preferably within independent agencies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory
- Work Environment: Remote position with a preference for candidates based in Texas; occasional in-office presence may be required
- Attributes: Ability to hit the ground running, strong attention to detail, and a client-focused approach
