Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the organization, providing exceptional service to the clients while managing a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, including high-net-worth accounts, and a proven ability to handle both sales and service responsibilities. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least two to three days in the office each week.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work model (minimum 2-3 days in-office per week).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including both high-net-worth and standard accounts.
  • Provide full servicing of accounts, including marketing new and renewal business.
  • Present quotes to clients and process cancellations, endorsements, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient account management.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, including Mercury, Safeco, Travelers, and others.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with exposure to high-net-worth accounts preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and familiarity with carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, and Travelers.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive approach, team-oriented mindset, and personable demeanor.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid model, with at least 2-3 days in-office per week.
