Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Handle daily tasks such as answering client inquiries, quoting, processing endorsements, and managing billing.
- Support new and renewal business processes as needed.
- Utilize EPIC and EZLynx software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and EZLynx software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
