Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of standard and high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
  • Handle daily tasks such as answering client inquiries, quoting, processing endorsements, and managing billing.
  • Support new and renewal business processes as needed.
  • Utilize EPIC and EZLynx software to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and EZLynx software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
