Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a book of standard personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, have several years of experience in the insurance industry, and demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the field. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work after an initial training period.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal lines accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business for personal lines policies.
  • Work with carriers such as Acuity, Cincinnati, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Travelers, and more.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the office manager to ensure seamless client service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
