Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, providing exceptional service and expertise in personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quoting new and renewal business and the ability to build strong relationships with carriers and clients. This is an onsite position, offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with carriers to market and negotiate coverage options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Epic software system.
- Provide expert guidance on coverages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in personal lines account management, with a focus on high-net-worth accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HNW coverages.
- Ability to "dig in" and effectively market with carriers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
