Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, and boats. Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a book of business, focusing on personal lines accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new business, processing renewals, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking inbound and outbound calls, assisting with claims, and resolving billing questions.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Maintain a 50/50 balance between quoting new business and processing renewals.
- Uphold the company’s values of honesty and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of personal lines insurance experience is required.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
