Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. The successful candidate will manage a book of business consisting of standard personal lines accounts, with the potential to handle some small commercial lines. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after training, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a book of business.
  • Handle daily tasks such as renewals, endorsements, billing, and client inquiries.
  • Quote new and renewal business, primarily for call-in clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (independent or captive).
    • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency using agency management software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Desire for professional growth and a long-term career in insurance.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Dependable and detail-oriented.
