Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. The successful candidate will manage a book of business consisting of standard personal lines accounts, with the potential to handle some small commercial lines. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a book of business.
- Handle daily tasks such as renewals, endorsements, billing, and client inquiries.
- Quote new and renewal business, primarily for call-in clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (independent or captive).
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency using agency management software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire for professional growth and a long-term career in insurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
