Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking two dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managers to join a growing team. This role is focused on servicing existing accounts, with no new business responsibilities. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to a portfolio of standard personal lines insurance accounts.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other servicing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage accounts and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency setting preferred.
    • Candidates with 5+ years of experience in a captive setting will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
