Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking two dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Managers to join a growing team. This role is focused on servicing existing accounts, with no new business responsibilities. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to a portfolio of standard personal lines insurance accounts.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other servicing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage accounts and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency setting preferred.
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience in a captive setting will also be considered.
- Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite, with potential for a hybrid schedule after training.
