Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients, managing personal lines accounts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Compensation Package
- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience) + commissions.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including some accounts exceeding $10,000 in premium.
- Quote new and renewal business (approximately 50/50 split).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of accounts and workload distribution.
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and documentation.
- Work closely with carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred (candidates with captive experience will also be considered).
- Licensing: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Dependable, detail-oriented, and excellent customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
