Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and attentive Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients with personal lines insurance needs, such as auto and home policies. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for assisting clients with their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding personal lines insurance policies, coverage options, and claims.
- Process policy changes and updates, including endorsements and renewals, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist clients in reviewing and selecting appropriate insurance coverage based on their individual needs and budget.
- Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to provide comprehensive support to clients and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and accurate information.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software to efficiently process client requests and information.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
