Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Account Manager to join a well-established and family-oriented insurance agency. Since 1963, have built a reputation for exceptional customer service and strong client relationships. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in servicing and managing a book of standard personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, RV, and motorcycle insurance.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing endorsements, issuing certificates, and assisting with adjustments (e.g., ID cards).
- Manage and service a book of standard personal lines accounts across all lines of coverage.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Utilize EZ Lynx software to manage accounts and process transactions efficiently.
- Support the quoting and renewal process for personal lines accounts as needed.
- Uphold the agency’s commitment to timely communication and high-quality service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of agency experience servicing a book of business with standard personal lines accounts. Candidates with carrier or TPA experience will not be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to build relationships, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Work Environment: This is an on-site position; candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office setting.
