Personal Lines Team Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Team Lead to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing two distinct Personal Lines groups, including a middle-market team and a VIP team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of personal lines insurance, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage two Personal Lines teams, including a middle-market group handling standard packages and a VIP team.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies for team success and client satisfaction.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software for account management and operational tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance, with 3-5 years preferred. Prior experience managing teams is highly desirable.
  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory; strong leadership and management skills are prioritized.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and foster a positive team culture.
