PL/CL Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000+ (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service for Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) accounts
  • Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on carriers such as Grange, Auto Owners, Travelers, and Progressive
  • Utilize Hawksoft and PL Rater software to manage accounts efficiently
  • Collaborate with senior service representatives to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle back-end tasks to support higher-level roles, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Proven experience in PL/CL customer service; ability to hit the ground running
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft and PL Rater software; experience with Grange, Auto Owners, Travelers, and Progressive carriers is a significant advantage
