Our TPA client is currently seeking an experienced CAT Field Services Executive to join their high-performing claims team.

Salary

• $250,000 to $325,000+/year total compensation (based on experience)

Job Description

• Define and execute the strategy for field services across North America, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and client expectations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing field leadership team across regions.
• Act as a senior operational point of contact for key clients, providing confidence in service delivery and addressing escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, routing, workforce utilization, and field productivity.
• Manage departmental budget and support achievement of revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in CAT field operations, inspections, adjusting, or service delivery within insurance, claims, or regulated services
• 5+ years in a senior executive or director-level role managing large, distributed teams across multiple states or regions
• Proven experience in driving performance improvement and growth in a service-oriented business
• Strong operational, financial, and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L
• Demonstrated success in working with large insurance carriers, TPAs, or highly regulated clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed organization
