Renewal Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewal Account Executive to manage a diverse book of business, including Property, Casualty, and Construction accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to adapt to established processes that ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of handling a generalist portfolio. This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates based near Melville, though exceptional candidates from outside the area will also be considered.
Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities
- Manage a large and diverse book of business, including Property, Casualty, and Construction accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to established processes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal, driving client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of Property, Casualty, and Construction lines.
- Ability to manage a generalist book of business effectively and efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Adaptability to learn and work within established processes.
- Preference for candidates based near Melville, though exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered.
