Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on managing small commercial accounts within the Select Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. This is a fully remote position based in Texas, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $50,000 in premium or less.
  • Provide full A–Z account management, including service and retention.
  • Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, marketing/remarketing, and client communication.
  • Quote and process renewals, with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the role.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
