Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to a continued growth and success, as you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including real estate, homeowners associations (HOAs), manufacturing, and construction. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in commercial lines account management, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the clients.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $95,000 annually
  • 401(k): Employer match available

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of commercial accounts, including renewals, marketing, servicing, claims, and policy administration from A-Z
  • Quote new and renewal business as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
