Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to a continued growth and success, as you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including real estate, homeowners associations (HOAs), manufacturing, and construction. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in commercial lines account management, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $95,000 annually
- 401(k): Employer match available
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial accounts, including renewals, marketing, servicing, claims, and policy administration from A-Z
- Quote new and renewal business as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus
