Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing mid to large market accounts and a proven ability to handle a significant book of business. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business generating $1-2 million in revenue, focusing on mid to large market accounts.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing service, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions to clients.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mid to large market accounts as a generalist.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong client-facing abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work independently.
  • Work Environment: Remote work is available; hybrid work is preferred for candidates near an office (2 days in-office per week).
