Job Title: Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive
Location: Hybrid (NYC, NJ – Berkeley Heights, Tinton Falls, Long Island – Uniondale, Hauppauge)
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000

Must have Life and Health License and Retail insurance experience


About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Account Executive with 10-15 years of experience to manage a portfolio of 12-15 clients (50-500+ employees). You’ll drive client strategy, work with C-suite executives, and deliver tailored employee benefits solutions. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in one of our office locations: NYC, NJ, or Long Island.


Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Oversee a portfolio of 12-15 clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Strategy: Drive client strategy, lead executive-level meetings, and provide consultative advice on employee benefits.

  • Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis; create impactful PowerPoint presentations.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and drive growth.


Qualifications

  • 10-15 years in employee benefits, managing mid-sized client portfolios (50-500+ employees).

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to commute 3 days/week to one of the following offices: NYC, Union County NJ, or Nassau County, Long Island.
