Senior High Net Worth Account Executive

 

Job Summary
A leading independent insurance agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines team. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily client service, renewals, and re-marketing across P&C personal insurance lines. This role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients in an autonomous and supportive environment.

 

Compensation

  • Compensation: Between $115K-$130K (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client service, including policy changes, binders, certificates, ID cards, and billing inquiries
  • Provide claims counseling and assistance during the settlement process
  • Assist with applications, risk profile assessments, and renewal questionnaires
  • Review policy terms and limits to ensure adequacy for client needs and risk profile
  • Re-market renewals when necessary, negotiating terms with incumbent and alternative carriers
  • Prepare and present detailed renewal reviews to clients
  • Implement new and renewal programs, ensuring clients receive comprehensive coverage documentation
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upgrade, or enhance existing coverage

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 10+ years of personal lines experience, with a focus on HNW client and account management
  • Experience with carriers specializing in HNW clients (e.g., Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG, PURE, etc.)
  • Expertise across multiple coverage types, including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Flood, Boat & Yacht, and Family Office
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
  • Proficiency with agency management software and standard office applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and manage responsibilities independently
