Senior High Net Worth Account Executive
A leading national insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its Personal Lines – High Net Worth division. This position involves managing and servicing complex personal lines accounts for ultra high net worth clients, ensuring exceptional service, coverage accuracy, and retention.
Job Summary
The Senior Account Executive will handle all aspects of daily account servicing, renewals, and re-marketing across all lines of personal property and casualty insurance. This role requires deep expertise in high net worth client management, carrier relationships, and customized coverage solutions for unique exposures.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service for assigned high net worth personal lines accounts.
- Address client inquiries related to premiums, billing, and policy coverage.
- Provide claims counseling and assist clients through the claim settlement process.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist clients with applications and renewal questionnaires.
- Evaluate policy coverage terms and limits to ensure adequacy relative to each client’s risk profile.
- Re-market renewals as needed to secure optimal coverage and pricing.
- Negotiate renewal terms with carriers to deliver the most comprehensive solutions.
- Prepare and present renewal summaries and recommendations to clients.
- Implement new and renewal programs and issue evidence of coverage.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or enhance existing coverage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of personal lines experience with a focus on high net worth accounts.
- Proven expertise working with family offices and complex personal insurance portfolios.
- Experience with premier carriers such as Chubb, AIG Private Client Group, and PURE required; Cincinnati, Nationwide Private Client Group, and NatGen Premier preferred.
- Required: Strong knowledge of specialized coverages, including coastal properties, earthquake and brush fire risks, fine arts and jewelry schedules, collector vehicles, yachts, and builder’s risk.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Proficiency with agency management software (e.g., AMS360, WorkSmart).
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $125,000 – $150,000 annually.
- Additional compensation opportunities available for new business production.
