Job Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling workers' compensation claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to close
• Conduct thorough investigations and gather necessary information to make accurate liability decisions
• Communicate effectively with injured workers, medical providers, and legal representatives
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate payments for medical treatment and lost wages
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Relevant certifications/licenses in workers' compensation claims adjusting
