Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • 401(k):

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $15,000 to $200,000 in revenue for Construction or up to $100,000 in revenue for Diversified accounts.
  • Handle 40-45 clients for Construction accounts or 60-80 clients for Diversified accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and delegate.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Commitment to professional growth and development (working towards or holding relevant designations is a plus).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with Construction accounts is essential. For the Diversified role, a generalist background is preferred, with experience in Human Services, Manufacturing, HOAs, Condos, etc., being a plus.
