Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (Sr. CLAM)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (Sr. CLAM) to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of in-office and remote work flexibility. The successful candidate will work closely with one producer, managing a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Negotiable.
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (remote on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday).
  • Start Date: February.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from mid to large size, valued at $250,000+.
  • Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate closely with a designated producer to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize Saggitta or Vertafore software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain required licenses and designations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Saggitta or Vertafore software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with remote work on designated days.
