Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth. The successful candidate will manage a middle-market book of business, primarily focused on the automotive industry, and will play a key role in marketing new business, servicing clients, and handling renewals. This position is fully in-office and offers the chance to work closely with a supportive team and leadership.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a middle-market book of business with accounts averaging $150,000 in premium, with some accounts up to $1 million.
- Handle various types of accounts, including General Liability, Ocean Marine, Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), Property, and Auto.
- Market new business opportunities and work closely with carriers to secure optimal solutions for clients.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Attend industry tradeshows as required to represent the company and build relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in Commercial Account Management. Candidates with 15+ years of experience may also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Work Environment: This is a fully in-office position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
