Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• 401(k): 3% employer match
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
• Work Environment: Remote within Illinois, with necessary equipment provided

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Actively network within the community to generate leads and expand the client base
• Manage both cold and warm leads to develop a robust sales pipeline
• Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage client information and sales activities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (1-6 years preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software
• Soft Skills: Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment with the organization, and a growth-oriented attitude
• Travel: Willingness to travel within Illinois for client meetings and relationship-building activities
