Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented professional to build a book of business from the ground up, focusing on personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service, a proactive approach to prospecting, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 during the validation period.
  • Commission: Transition to a 100% commission-based structure upon validation, with a competitive commission split.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a personal lines book of business from the ground up.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other innovative methods.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Utilize tools such as EPIC and Agency Zoom to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Travel locally as needed to meet with clients and build relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Sales or customer service experience is essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC and Agency Zoom is preferred.
