Commercial Lines Account Executive - Hybrid Remote

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts 
- Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and new business development
- Stay updated on insurance trends, market conditions, and coverage options
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines

Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management
- Strong knowledge of Epic or similar agency management systems
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts with premium volumes ranging from $50k-$200k 
- Solid understanding of commercial lines coverages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- P&C license required
