Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of Hispanic-owned business accounts, focusing on small to middle-market clients
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless account management
• Utilize relevant software to manage client information and process transactions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience (agency or captive); 2+ years of agency experience preferred
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset
