Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of Hispanic-owned business accounts, focusing on small to middle-market clients
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless account management
- Utilize relevant software to manage client information and process transactions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience (agency or captive); 2+ years of agency experience preferred
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset
