Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

Manage and service a portfolio of Hispanic-owned business accounts, focusing on small to middle-market clients
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless account management
Utilize QQ Catalyst software to manage client information and process transactions
Support the agency’s goal of achieving a balanced 50/50 split between personal and commercial lines

Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience (agency or captive); 2+ years of agency experience preferred
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QQ Catalyst or similar agency management software
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset
